2. General Use & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases on this website.

You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: All prices displayed are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Errors: While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you before shipping and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments through our designated payment gateway providers as displayed at checkout. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment reflects in our account.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas: We deliver within South Africa using our designated courier partners. Delivery fees and estimated shipping timelines are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Times: Standard fulfillment and delivery windows are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, high volume periods, or regional access issues.

Risk and Ownership: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier service or upon physical receipt at your designated address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (CPA Compliance)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your everyday essentials. Our return policy is governed by South African consumer law:

Defective or Damaged Goods: If a product (such as a cleaning solution, container, or accessory) arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt. We will arrange for an inspection, replacement, or a full refund.

Standard Returns: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in a resalable condition. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions: Due to the nature of personal care, hair products, and consumable cleaning liquids, opened or used items cannot be returned unless proven defective.
